Yes. All appraisal reports are prepared in full compliance with CUSPAP and are suitable for use by lenders, courts, legal counsel, insurers, government agencies, and other professional users, depending on the intended purpose of the appraisal.
Our team consist of designated AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) by the Appraisal Institute of Canada - fully qualified to appraise the properties.
